Cooking Dada

This wonderful cake is ready in just 20 minutes. An excellent dessert for all sweet lovers!

The cake is super delicious, attractive and original, it is prepared extremely simply and quickly. Surprise your loved ones with a fabulous cake!


– 300 g of cocoa biscuits

– 250 g of cream

– 75 ml of water

– 250 g of cottage cheese

– 100 g of sugar

– 1 spoonful of gelatin

– milk chocolate to taste


Method of preparation

1. Soak the gelatin in warm water and let it swell. Then pour it into a saucepan and put it on a low heat. After the gelatin has dissolved, strain it and set it aside.

2. Mix the cream, cheese and sugar in a blender, then add the gelatin.3. Put the biscuits in a form so that they cover the bottom, spread cream on top. Then put another layer of biscuits and a layer of cream. Do this until you have finished all the ingredients.

4. Refrigerate the cake for a few hours to harden.

5. Decorate the cake with grated chocolate.
