Aloo Paratha Recipe

Stuffing Ingredients:

  • 500g boiled potatoes

  • 1 tsp salt (or to taste)

  • 1 tsp cumin powder

  • ½ tsp turmeric powder

  • 1 sprig curry leaves (15–20 leaves)

  • 3–4 green chillies

  • ½ cup chopped coriander leaves

  • 2 tbsp sesame seeds

Stuffing Method:

  1. Boil and grate the potatoes.

  2. Add salt, cumin, turmeric, chopped curry leaves, green chillies, coriander, and sesame seeds. Mix well.

  3. Divide the mixture into small lemon-sized balls.
