Stuffing Ingredients:

500g boiled potatoes

1 tsp salt (or to taste)

1 tsp cumin powder

½ tsp turmeric powder

1 sprig curry leaves (15–20 leaves)

3–4 green chillies

½ cup chopped coriander leaves

2 tbsp sesame seeds
Stuffing Method:

Boil and grate the potatoes.

Add salt, cumin, turmeric, chopped curry leaves, green chillies, coriander, and sesame seeds. Mix well.

Divide the mixture into small lemon-sized balls.
