400g wheat flour

1 tsp salt

Water (as needed to form dough)

1 tbsp oil
Dough Method:

In a bowl, combine flour and salt. Gradually add water to form a dough. Rest for 5 minutes.

Drizzle oil over the dough and knead for 5 minutes. Let it rest for 10 minutes.

Divide the dough into balls slightly bigger than a lemon.

Flatten each dough ball and make a cavity in the center. Fill with potato stuffing, seal, and dust with flour.

Cook on a hot tawa/pan with a little oil until the paratha puffs up and develops nice brown spots.
