Bacon Fried Rice

1. Fry the Bacon

  • Heat a large pan or wok over medium-high heat.

  • Add the chopped bacon and fry until crispy, about 5–7 minutes.

  • Stir occasionally for even cooking.

  • Remove the bacon and drain on paper towels. Keep the rendered bacon fat in the pan for extra flavor.

2. Fry the Rice

  • Add the chilled rice to the pan with the bacon fat.

  • Stir-fry for 2–3 minutes, breaking up any clumps.

  • Cook until the rice is heated through and slightly crispy.
