Prep the chicken: Freeze chicken breasts for about 20 minutes.

Slice & pound: Cut each chicken breast in half horizontally and pound to ¼” thickness.

Prepare coating: In a shallow dish, combine panko, parmesan, and garlic powder. In a separate bowl, whisk the egg.

Coat chicken: Dip chicken in egg, then in the crumb mixture, pressing to adhere.

Cook: Preheat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Cook chicken 2-3 minutes per side until golden and internal temperature reaches 165°F.
Perfect with a side salad, mashed potatoes, or just on its own! 🥰
