Crispy Chicken Cutlets

Instructions

  1. Prep the chicken: Freeze chicken breasts for about 20 minutes.

  2. Slice & pound: Cut each chicken breast in half horizontally and pound to ¼” thickness.

  3. Prepare coating: In a shallow dish, combine panko, parmesan, and garlic powder. In a separate bowl, whisk the egg.

  4. Coat chicken: Dip chicken in egg, then in the crumb mixture, pressing to adhere.

  5. Cook: Preheat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Cook chicken 2-3 minutes per side until golden and internal temperature reaches 165°F.


Perfect with a side salad, mashed potatoes, or just on its own! 🥰
