Method
1. Cook the pasta
Boil the macaroni in salted water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
2. Make the cheese sauce
Melt the butter over medium heat. Stir in evaporated milk, regular milk, and garlic salt. Whisk in the eggs and mix well.
3. Add the cheese
Gradually stir in the cheddar and mozzarella until smooth and creamy.
