Pork Chop Supreme

Instructions

  1. Brown the pork chops

    • Heat the oil in a skillet.

    • Brown pork chops on both sides, then drain on paper towels.

  2. Layer the potatoes

    • Slice potatoes thinly and arrange them evenly in a medium casserole dish.

  3. Add the pork chops

    • Place browned pork chops on top of the potato layer.

  4. Prepare the sauce

    • In a bowl, mix together the onion soup mix, cream of mushroom soup, and milk until smooth.

    • Pour this mixture evenly over the pork chops and potatoes.

  5. Bake

    • Cover with foil and bake at 350°F (175°C) for 1 hour, or until the potatoes are tender and the pork chops are cooked through.

  6. Serve & Enjoy

    • Let it rest for a few minutes, then serve hot with a side of green veggies or a fresh salad.
