This is a quick and flavorful Filipino-inspired stir-fry with tender Bok Choy and savory ground meat.

Ingredients:

  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 inch ginger, minced

  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
